With more than 10 years of experience in research, consultancy, and fieldwork, she has developed extensive expertise in marine conservation and environmental science. Serena specialises in cetaceans and marine megafauna, conducting field research ranging from bioacoustics to photo-identification studies. She is passionate about conservation and education and is dedicated to advancing scientific knowledge while promoting the protection of marine ecosystems through research, outreach, and public engagement.
